What can I return?

You can return any item purchased from YourFPV.

How long do I have to return the goods?

You have 30 days from the date you received the package to return the item.

Can I return a faulty item?

To return a faulty item, you must demonstrate the fault in action by providing still images or a video. Please note that it is essential for us to establish that the fault was not caused by misuse or incorrect installation and configuration. If no proof is provided, YourFPV will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about a product within 30 days of receiving it and the product is in like-new condition, meaning it is in the same condition as when you received it, you may return it. However, please be aware that if the item has been opened and is no longer considered new, YourFPV cannot offer a refund.

We want to avoid unnecessary tension, so it’s important to clarify this matter.

What is the process for initiating a return?

To start a return, please email us at sales@yourfpv.co.uk with the order number and a short description in the subject field of the email. Please provide us with as much information as possible, including clear images or videos of the issue you are experiencing.

What happens after I submit my return request?

We promise to respond to your request within 1 working day. At this point, we may ask follow-up questions to gather more details.

Who pays for the postage of a returned item?

In some cases, YourFPV covers the postage cost, while in other cases, you may be responsible for the postage. For simple returns of new items that have never been used and are no longer needed, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of postage.

In the case of a faulty item, once we confirm that the item was not damaged due to misuse or incorrect configuration, YourFPV can refund you up to a maximum of £7. In rare cases where our testing reveals no fault to be found, we can arrange re-delivery of the item after receiving payment for the postage charge.

Can I return a lipo battery because I changed my mind?

You may return a lipo battery, but please avoid using Royal Mail for postage as they do not handle lipo batteries. Find an alternative method for shipment. The battery must be in the exact same condition as when you purchased it. If signs of use or opened packaging are discovered, YourFPV will not issue a refund or exchange for the lipo battery.

Can I return a faulty lipo battery?

Yes, you may return a faulty lipo battery. Once again, please provide details of the fault before returning the item.

Can I return items bought as used items from YourFPV?

Items purchased from our used items listing page do not come with any warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Can I return an item that has been soldered?

In this hobby, soldering is an integral skill. We will not refuse a return simply because you have soldered to an item, providing the work was carried out carefully and skilfully.
